0.2 - add menu option to reset ball positions

"reset" menu item now has three options:

• Blank (default) - does nothing.
• game - reset all game progress.
• balls - reset only ball positions.

"reset balls" was added as a last resort against stuck balls.  In normal game play, you will want to leave "reset" setting blank to avoid accidentally resetting your progress.
